Directions

From I-405:

1. Take I-90 Westbound to Exit 7 (Island Crest Way)
2. Go straight off the exit, turn right on 81st Ave SE (right before the park and ride)
3. Mercer Isle will be on your right, either park on the street or in the park and ride
4. Go to the 300 building, and enter #47 to be buzzed in

I-5 going North

1. Take I-90 Eastbound to Exit 7A (77th Ave SE)
2. Turn left off the exit onto 77th Ave SE
3. Turn right onto North Mercer Way
4. Turn left onto 81st Ave SE (after the park and ride)
5. Mercer Isle will be on your right, either park on the street or in the park and ride
6. Go to the 300 building, and enter #47 to be buzzed in

Directions

From 520 East

1. Take the Bellevue Way NE exit - go 0.2 mi.
2. Bear RIGHT at Bellevue Way NE - go 1.4 mi.
3. Look for the entrance to “Carlyle” on your LEFT after you have passed NE 15th Street. The first LEFT you can take should be it. If you've passed NE 12th St. you’ve gone too far and should make a U-turn.
4. Once you've entered Carlyle, make a RIGHT and look for parking. You can park in any uncovered spot.

From I-405

1. Take the NE 8th St. exit 13B - go 0.5 mi.
2. Take the NE 8th St. West ramp - go 0.3 mi.
3. Bear RIGHT at NE 8th St - go 0.7 mi.
4. Turn Right at Bellevue Way NE - go 0.3 mi.
5. Drive past NE 12th Street. “Carlyle” is the first entrance on your Right after you've passed NE 12th Street.
6. Once you've entered Carlyle, make a RIGHT and look for parking. You can park in any uncovered spot.

1. Take exit 173 for 1st Ave NE toward Northgate Way
2. Turn left onto 1st Ave NE
3. Turn right onto NE Northgate Way, continue east
4. Turn right onto 17th Ave NE
5. The house is on the left hand side of the street

From I-5 North:

1. Take exit 173 for Northgate Way toward 1st Ave NE
2. Merge onto Corliss Ave N
3. Turn right onto N Northgate Way
4. Turn right onto 17th Ave NE
5. The house is on the left hand side of the street

From I-5:

1. Take exit 172 for 85th Street N toward Aurora Avenue N
2. Merge left onto N 85th St
3. Turn right onto Aurora Ave N
4. Turn left onto N 97th St (just before the Gold's Gym)
5. Turn right onto Linden Ave N
6. Destination will be on the right. We meet in the cottage behind the left-side fence.

3. Go straight through light
4. Turn right onto SE 4th St
5. Take the 1st left onto 157th Ave SE
6. Destination will be on the right

From 520:

1. Take the exit toward 148th Avenue Northeast South
2. Merge onto 148th Ave NE
3. Turn left onto Main St
4. Turn right onto 157th Ave SE
5. Destination will be on the left

Directions

From I-5 North:

1. Take Exit 173 for 1st Ave. NE toward Northgate Way
2. Turn left onto 1st Ave. NE
3. Take the 1st right onto N. Northgate Way
4. Turn left onto Roosevelt Way NE
5. Slight right onto Pinehurst Way NE
6. Turn left onto 12th Ave NE
7. Turn left down the first cul de sac

*Keep in mind that every house in the cul de sac has the same number (11529) but each house has a different letter, so the 'F' is really important. The house will be towards the end of the cul de sac on the right.

2. Turn left onto Union Ave NE (Chevron will be on the left corner)

From Factoria/Newcastle via Coal Creek Pkwy

1. Drive south on Coal Creek Pkwy SE to Renton City Limits.
2. (Coal Creek Pkwy SE turns into Duvall Ave NE at SE 95th Way.)
3. Turn right onto NE 24th St.
4. Turn left onto 132nd Ave SE / Union Ave NE.
5. Turn right onto SE 104th St / NE 21st St.
6. Turn right onto 125th Ave SE / Olympia Ave NE.
7. It is the 1st home on your right (Blue house). Park in the driveway or on the street.

From Issaquah via WA-900

1. Take WA-900 W / Renton Issaquah Rd SE (Continue to follow WA-900 W)
2. Turn right onto Union Ave NE (Chevron will be on the right corner)
3. Turn left onto SE 104th St / NE 21st St. (Just after crosswalk)
4. Turn right onto 125th Ave SE / Olympia Ave NE.

From I-90 East

1. Take Exit 11, Merge onto 150th Ave SE
2. Take right onto SE 38th St. (Turns into SE 36th St) Continue for 1.8 miles
3. Take left onto Factoria Blvd.
4. Take left onto SE 38th St
5. Continue straight up hill into “Sterling Heights” Condo complex
6. Cabana will be on left (Park in any space that doesn’t have a number)

From I-90 West

1. Take Exit 10B to Factoria Blvd/Richards Road
2. Turn right onto Factoria Blvd
3. Turn left onto SE 38th St.
4. Continue straight up hill into “Sterling Heights” Condo complex
5. Cabana will be on left (Park in any space that doesn’t have a number)

Directions

Directions from 405 (North or South bound):

1. Exit I-405 on to NE 8th St. West.
2. Continue West on NE 8th St. past Bellevue Square.
3. Turn Right on Park (first intersection after crossing 100th Ave).
4. Turn Left on Evergreen (first available Left).
5. You have arrived. Our is the brown house with white trim on the NW corner of Park and Evergreen.

Directions from 405 (or 520 from Seattle)

1. If coming from 405, exit on 520 EAST towards Redmond.
2. Exit from 520 on 124th Ave NE (the first exit east of 405).
3. At the light at the bottom of the exit ramp, turn LEFT onto Northup Way (NE 20th St.). Get into the RIGHT lane.
4. At the next light, 130th Ave NE, turn RIGHT onto 130th.
5. Blue Sky will be on your LEFT. Park in any of our parking lot spaces.

From Redmond on 520 West:

1. Take 520 West toward Seattle.
2. Exit at 148th Ave. NE.
3. At the light at the top of the exit ramp, turn LEFT onto 148th Ave. NE.
4. At Northup Way (NE 20th St.), turn RIGHT.
5. Go approximately 1 mile and turn LEFT onto 130th Ave. NE.
6. Blue Sky will be on your LEFT. Park in any of our parking lot spaces.

1. Take the exit 169 NE 45th St.
2. Merge onto 5th Ave. NE
3. Right onto 45th St.
4. Left onto Stone Way N.

7. Immediately after you cross the Aurora bridge exit Right onto Raye St.
8. Take a wide Right onto 4th Ave. N. at the five-way stop sign

From I-5 North

1. Take Mercer St. exit 167 on the Left
2. Right onto Westlake Ave. N.
3. Left onto Broad St.
4. Continue onto Roy St.
5. Right onto Dexter Ave. N.
6. Left onto 6th Ave. N.
7. At the stop sign turn Right onto 6th Ave. N.
8. Continue onto Raye St. until you come to the five-way stop sign.
9. Take a sharp Right turn onto 4th Ave. N.
10. First row of condo buildings on the right.
11. Third building down at the end of the driveway.
12. Head down the stairs to Apt. 602 on the right.
